  • 7 g chia seeds

Bowl 1

  • 122 g Fairlife fat free milk
  • 50 g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder, 35 g
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey, or low-calorie syrup, if using

Container

  • 1 meal prep container for the oat mixture

Fruit Container

  • 100 to 150 g prepared fresh fruit
  • 2 teaspoons cool whip

Directions

  1. Blitz the rolled oats and chia seeds in a food processor until the pieces are small.
  2. Mix the protein powder into the blitzed oat and chia mixture until evenly incorporated.
  3. Mix the milk and yogurt together in a bowl until incorporated. Add maple syrup, honey, or low-calorie syrup if using.
  4. Add the oat, chia, and protein powder mixture to the liquid mixture. Mix well until fully combined.
  5. Pour the oat mixture into a meal prep container and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Separately, prepare the fruit by chopping strawberries, washing berries, or otherwise getting it ready to serve. Set it aside in a separate container.
  7. The next morning, place the fruit on top of the oat mixture and finish with the cool whip.

House Notes

  • Chocolate or regular milk both work well depending on the protein powder flavor.
  • Vanilla, strawberry, or similar yogurt flavors can be matched to the fruit you are using.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
