Burger Sauce

A creamy burger sauce made with Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and pickle juice.

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 112 g Cabot whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 g ketchup, about 2 tablespoons
  • 15 g French's yellow mustard, about 3 teaspoons
  • 10 g Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Pickles, finely chopped
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Smoked paprika, to taste
  • 4.5 g bread and butter pickle juice

Mise en Place

Bowl 1

  • 112 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 g ketchup
  • 15 g yellow mustard
  • 10 g finely chopped bread and butter pickles
  • 4.5 g bread and butter pickle juice

Season to Taste

  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

House Notes

  • Start light on the dry seasonings and adjust after mixing.
  • This works well as a sauce for burger bowls and similar meal prep items.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
